depressing fact of the day
I laugh A LOT. I should probably start being more careful. However, it’s been said that laughter can actually help a person to live longer. I’ve been doing some thinking about how it seems everything good in life only good in moderation. Examples: 1. Alcohol every day can improve the functioning of your heart. Alcoholism can kill you. 2. what matters most
not social status. not my GPA. not which college I choose. not the clothes I wear. not any of the possesions I have. GOD matters most.
he will guide me in the direction that I need to go, and if I have faith, I will end up exactly where he wants me to do his will.

lemonhead.
today was a good day.
I saw Invictus. It was kind of slow at some parts, but definitely a go-see. Matt Damon looks awesome with blonde hair, but I’m pretty sure he’d look good any way, even bald. On second thought, that might be too much of a stretch.
La Juanita yet again satisfied my taste buds today. If any of you are in the Sioux City area (yes, I realize how improbable this is),...
turn off the light
Small as a peanut, Big as a giant, We’re all the same size When we turn off the light.
Rich as a sultan, Poor as a mite, We’re all worth the same When we turn off the light.
Red, black or orange, Yellow or white, We all look the same When we turn off the light.
So maybe the way To make everything right Is for God to just reach out And turn off the light!

someday
and maybe someday we’ll figure all this out, try to put an end to all our doubt, and try to find a way to make things better now. maybe someday we’ll live our lives out loud. we’ll be better off somehow, someday.

i think i am, in fact, guilty of doublethink.
i’m fascinated by Newspeak, yet repulsed at the idea.
have i mentioned how much i love George Orwell? i really do.
ickk.
pretty sure even Jesus refused to eat lima beans as a child.

patience.
i’m currently uploading a video to YouTube for my AP Lit. class, and it’s taking forever. bolded. underlined. circled. underlined again. arrows pointing to that word from all directions.
To add to Christmas list: patience.
all that i'm after
is a life full of laughter, as long as I’m laughing with you.
